I’m here in Milwaukee for the 2009 Bead & Button Show. I missed last year because it was the same week as E’s graduation from high school, and I am excited to be back. I am taking classes Tuesday through Thursday and then I’ve got Friday to shop and do a short demo at the International Polymer Clay Association booth.
My plane arrived too late tonight for any pictures, but I will try to keep you updated through the blog while I’m here.
Meanwhile here are a couple of pictures of some recent new pendants I brought with me:

Libby,
I adore the green shield. Beautiful work !! The copper rivets down the middle, are they made by Tim Holtz/Ranger ? I’m ordering something that looks very similar. Just curious
Thanks Tonja. I’m not sure what the copper rivets by Tim Holtz are like, but these are actual structural rivets (along with copper and brass washers) that secure the polymer clay to the silver back piece. I get them from Small Parts Inc.
have a great time! i’m interested to know how the vendor mall seems as i would like to add this show to my lineup in the future. i did this show the first time many years ago in austin when it was still owned by quilts inc.
love your new pieces!
Libby, I am so glad you were able to attend Bead & Button. Can’t wait to hear what’s new. Have fun!!!
Have a great time. Kevin graduates on June 18. Going to Stone Hill in MA. Glad he’ll be close. g.
