Congratulations Diane Villano for coming in first place in the polymer clay category of the 2009 Bead Dreams competition!
This is an especially sweet victory for Diane because her entry “Big Bead – Chinese Cinnabar” has been over 5 years in the making.
Second place went to Kathy Shield Dummer for “My Mothership Connection”.
Third place finisher was Lynne Ann Schwarzenberg for “Dreams in Kabela”.
There were only 6 finalist entries in the polymer clay category this year. Congratulations also go to the other finalists: Janice Abarbenel
Christelle Van Lingen
and Luidmyla Heggland.
Unless I completely run out of energy, I’ll be posting later about my day.

Congrats to Diane! And, congrats to you for posting all of those delicious photos–including the results of your class!
Huge congratulations to Diane! I’ve seen that big bead in progress for a while now, and the finished piece is a stunner. It’s great to know that her hard work and troubleshooting paid off!
Big congratulations to Diane on her first place win! That bead is awesome. What a sweet reward after five years of “in progress” work. Congrats to all the winners and finalists too.
Thanks for sharing Libby.

That is one BIG bead! Congratulations to Dianne – and everyone else.
Congrats to the winners – and everyone who participated! I sure wouldn’t have wanted to be a judge, looking at all that eye candy… which every single one of them are! Kudos to all the artists – be proud of your entries!
My congratulations to all very deserved winners! Thank you for posting that!
Thank you very much for that first photos! Of course congratulations to all winners and I am proud to see my work close them (because I started to work with PC only 1 year ago). But delightful news can help to develope my skills)))
